Service Availability & Response Times
- Services available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Emergency service is available 24 hours every day, 7 days a week. Additional charges may apply.
- Customers are provided with the mobile telephone and voice mail of primary and secondary Service Technicians.
- Service Technicians will make every reasonable effort to respond to the customer in a timely manner.
- Service Technicians will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the customer’s site within 12 hours. Response times to remote locations may vary.
Start Up and In Service Training
Equipment start-up and training is available for all systems purchased from Amgas. Additional charges may apply for this service. Please give us a call for more information.
Preventive Maintenance
Preventive maintenance is routine maintenance work performed on equipment on a scheduled basis. This service is determined by environmental and demand conditions.
Repair Service
Repair Service is work performed on equipment to restore it to its proper operating parameters. The work is usually provided on an unscheduled basis following a request from the operator or user, or from personnel performing preventive maintenance.
